BSRF XAFS的新进展——全反射XAFS实验方法

摘    要:开展全反射XAFS研究是BSRF XAFS实验站的发展课题之一,目前关键设备全反射实验样品台已加工完成,正处于安装及系统调试阶段,本文介绍了样品台的结构原理,全反射实验系统的构成,设置调整方案及初步实验结果,此外还讨论了应用该设备可开展的全反XAFS,DAFS等实验方法。

Abstract:Total reflection XAFS method is an important aspect in XAFS study, and can be applied to the study of surface and interface structure of materials. To develop this experimental system is one of the projects carried out at XAFS station in BSRF. The goniometer for sample, an important device, has been made and the whole experimental system is under commissioning at the present stage. The mechanical structure of the goniometer, the configuration of the experimental system, the scheme for setting up the system and the primary result are described. Also the application for total reflection XAFS and DAFS with this system are briefly discussed in this paper.
