| 摘 要： | 个性化是未来社会对人才的要求，而根据教育面向未来的要求，发展学生个性的教育已成为我们体育教学的目标，这就要求高校体育教师要了解学生的个性特征，掌握大学生个性心理品质发展的规律，采用丰富的教学内容、形式和方法来促进学生个性的全面、和谐的发展，更好地完成新时期赋予高校体育教育工作者的历史使命．
