农村学校内涵发展主题文化建设的实践与思考

摘    要:在加快新农村建设步伐和深入推进新课程改革的背景下,农村中小学的内涵发展有了明显成效。然而由于受区域位置、师资水平、课程资源等方面因素的影响,农村学校的内涵发展仍有很大的潜力。新时期农村学校加快内涵发展的有效途径应是:结合学校特色建设和发展历史的特点及现有的资源优势,在民主讨论、科学论证的基础上形成学校内涵发展的主题文化,从而将主题文化渗透在学校的物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和行为文化中,并不断完善和丰富,最终让主题文化引领学校的管理水平、教师队伍水平和学生发展水平的提高。

Abstract:In the process of new rural construction and promoting new curriculum reform, connotation development in rural schools progresses. Due to regional location, quality of teaching staff, teaching resources and other factors, there is a long way for the connotation construction in the rural area. It is recommended that the theme culture for connotation development should be based on feature construction of the schools, historical feature and current resources, democratic discussion and scientific proof, so that the theme culture can infiltrate material culture, spiritual culture, system culture and behavioral culture of schools and improve continuously and improvement can be achieved in administration, teaching staff and students.
