《学记》教育思想体系研究

摘    要:《学记》一文重点不在“学”,而在如何“教”。提出教育者应该在创造教育环境、实施教育干预、把握教育原则、了解教育心理、运用语言艺术五个方面对受教育者施加积极影响。同时为师者应与社会形成良性互动,即社会要尊师重道,教师也要在答问解惑、敦促孝道、察人选才上为社会作出贡献。

Abstract:The focus of Theory of Learning is not should create educational environment, implement understand educational psychology and use on learning but on how to teach. It presents that educators educational interventions, grasp the principles of education, language art to exert a positive impact on the educated. At the same time, a teacher should have a positive interaction with the community. They also should answer dilemmas from people, urge filial piety, and select talents to contribute to the society.
