高职院校创业教育的问题与对策

目前，学校创业教育管理缺乏有效性、课程设置不科学、创业教育师资力量薄弱、学生的学习目的性不强。要提升职业院校的创业教育，就要更新职业教育理念、树立新形势下的“自主创业”的就业观，创新创业教育课程体系、努力建设一支结构合理、素质优良的的创业教育教师队伍，着力培养学生的创业意识、创新精神和创业能力。
