提升大学生的精神境界、树立崇高的价值追求、激发他们的精神动力是大学本科教育之根本。以一次校企社会实践活动为个案，分析成功开展社会实践活动的影响因素：一是社会实践活动成功的关键是要把学生视为活动的主体和最高价值；二是在内容上要做到心灵碰撞，以真情打动人；三是在形式上要与大学生进行多种形式的深度对话。只有把课堂教学和实践活动相结合，才能激发大学生的精神动力，培育大学生高尚的人文精神。

On How to Stimulate Spiritual Power of College Students by Social Activities

The foundation of college education is to enhance the students＇ spiritual realm, set up the noble pursuit of value, stimulate their spiritual power. This paper discusses how to inspire the spiritual power and cultivate the humanistic spirit through the combination of classroom teaching and social activities. Based on a survey of a school - enterprise social activity case, this paper analyzes the factors to the success of social activities, and puts forward that the key to success is to regard them as the subject and the highest value, the content of the activity should touch them by real feelings, the forms should be rich and various to make deep communication with college students.
