| 摘 要： | 本文对吉林省普通高等学校青年教师困难与压力状况调查提供的信息按答卷教师的学历、职称、性别和所在学校的层次等方面用数理统计方法进行了比较和分析，从四个方面分析和阐述了高等学校青年教师的困难与压力及其成因。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the reason of university's young teacher's diffculty and pressure condition through the Statistics Analysis on base of questionnaire given by young teachers.It indicates how university's youn teacher's difficulty and pressure condition forms throungh 4 elements of educational background,academic title,and gender and school level. |
