| 摘 要： | 近红外光谱技术是20世纪90年代以来发展最快、最近引入注目的光谱分析技术之一,该技术在许多领域有着广泛的应用,尤其在医药领域.本文简要介绍了近红外光谱技术的特点,综述了近几年该技术在药物和临床分析中新的应用,初步探讨了该技术在医药领域应用中存在的局限性和今后发展的方向,并对该技术在医药领域中的应用前景进行了展望.全文引用文献68篇.

| Abstract: | Near Infrared Spectroscopy(NIRS)technique has been the most rapidly developing and noticeable spectrographic technique since the 90's;Its applications im many fields are extensive,especially in pharmaceutical and clinic.In the paper,the characters of Near Infrared Spectroscopy technique are briefly introduced.The resent new applications of NIRS in the fields of pharmaceutical and clinic are reviewed.Its limitations and solutions to be explored in pharmaceutical and clinical analysis are discussed.The prospect on pharmaceutical and clinical applications of NIRS is also forecasted. |
