海藻多糖的实验研究 Ⅰ.鼠尾藻多糖对肉瘤S_(180)的抑制和超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘    要:用三种工艺提取鼠尾藻多糖,获得 ST_1、ST_2和 ST_3三个样品。提取物每日445mg/kg5%浓度,连续十天腹腔注射对小鼠肉瘤 S180均有抑制作用,抑制率分别为34.55%、55%和50%,其中 ST_2及 ST_3抑瘤效果均见显著(P<0.05及 P<0.01).提取物 ST_3对荷瘤小鼠血浆巯基水平有明显作用,连续10天腹腔注射提取物 ST_3,能使血浆内 SH 基含量降低29.59%—35.45%(P<0.01)。提取物 ST_1和 ST_3对荷瘤小鼠血浆A/G 比值有显著作用,提高了血浆内球蛋白浓度,用药组 A/G 比值较对照组低22—26%.提取物 ST_1对荷瘤小鼠压积红细胞超氧化物歧化酶有一定影响,用药组 SOD 较对照组低30%.

Abstract:The polysaccharides of ST_1、ST_2 and、ST_3 extracted from sargassum thunbergii inhibit the growth of S_(180).Intraperitoneal injection of ST1-3 solutions at 445mg/kg/d 5% for 10 days will respectively decr- ease the growth of S_(180) by 34.55% (P>0.05),55% (P<0.05) and 50% (P< 0.01).The results of the experiments prove that the ST_2 and ST_3 have a considerable inhibitory effect on tumor. The extract ST_3 has striking effect on the SH group in blood plasma of Mice of Caucer Intraperitoneal injection of the extract ST_3 for 10 successive days can reduce the SH group in blood plasma by 29.59%— 35.45%(P<0.01).The extracts ST_1 and ST_3 have a distinct effect on the blood plasma A/G ratio,increasing the globulin concentration of blood plasma by 22—26%.The extract ST_1 has some effect on the superoxide dismutase of the compacted deposits of red cells,decreasing it by 30%.
