火电厂主蒸汽管道的弹性蠕变损伤本构模型研究

摘    要:针对火电厂中蒸汽管道与汽包类承压部件用耐热钢,在承受高温高压时发生弹性蠕变损伤问题,给出完整的损伤本构描述,建立起唯象学蠕变损伤理论。在这里主要提出耐热钢的弹性蠕变损伤本构模型,建立起相应的数值变分原理以及有限元离散化形式,从而形成完整的数值变分方法。

Abstract:In connection with the plastic creep damage issue which occurs in the pressed parts power station main steam pipe and box-that made of heat-resisting steel when it bears high temperature and high-pressure,an integrated basic structure for damage is described and the creep damage theory based on it's phenomenon is established.The creep damage tattern of heat-resisting steel is given.Digital calculus of variations and separate finite element form is consequentially established.So an integrated digital method of variation came into being.
