| 摘 要： | 乙醚浸泡除脂类化合物、乙醇提取、用分光光度法测定植物(细叶杜香、老头草、卷柏、银杏叶)中总黄酮含量,测定波长500 nm.芦丁作为标准品测定浓度与吸光度关系的回归方程:A=0.3596c-0.0532、r=0.9875,该方法稳定,可靠、重现性好.
