摘    要:在基于结构光的三维形貌测量法中,物体高度调制后的变形结构光场经过成像系统成像,由测量系统获取,并通过滤波,相位测量和解相位恢复出物体的高度信息.其中滤波是提高测量精度的重要环节.本文通过计算机模拟及数据对比证实,在相位测量轮廓术的基础上采用分段拟合滤波滤除噪声的有效性和实用性,并对分段拟合滤波的计算精度和计算误差进行实验模拟分析.

Abstract:In the theory of 3-D profile measurement based on the structure light,the steps are projecting a structure field of grating pattern onto a measured object,a deformed fringe pattern is captured.The height distribution of the measured object can be determined by filtering,measuring phase and unwrapping.Filtering is an important part to affect the precision.The simulations verify that the section fitting filtering method can improve the measuring accuracy of 3-D profile measurement.And the calculating precise,...
