摘    要:针对以往基于经纬度的飞行空域使用及表达方法在救援任务建模精度及动态性等方面的不足,提出面向森林火灾的通航抢险飞行空域栅格化建模方法。对应森林火灾救援中的水源地等关键点、飞行航线、火场区域三类元素,将低空抢险飞行空域基本构成元素设计为点状空域、线状空域和面状空域三类。以平均海平面为基准,基于GeoSOT网格建模方法,采用正六边形网格对抢险飞行空域进行剖分,构建抢险飞行空域在水平和垂直方向的动态空域模型;设计包含网格地址、高度、使用类型等属性的空域网格编码体系,可支持建立抢险飞行空域动态管理架构。以某森林火灾抢险飞行作业场景为例,验证了所给空域栅格化建模方法的可行性。

Abstract:To address the shortcomings of the previous latitude and longitude based airspace usage and expression methods in terms of precision and dynamics of rescue mission modeling, we propose a rasterized modeling method for forest fire rescue flight airspace. Corresponding to the key points of forest fire rescue such as water sources, flight routes, fire areas, the basic elements of low-altitude rescue flight airspace is designed as point airspace, linear airspace and surface airspace three categories. Based on the GeoSOT grid modeling method, the dynamic airspace model of the airspace in the horizontal and vertical directions is constructed by using a positive hexagonal grid to dissect the emergency flight airspace based on the mean sea level. Design an airspace grid coding system that includes attributes such as grid address, altitude, and use type, which can support the establishment of a dynamic management structure for emergency flight airspace. A forest fire rescue flight operation scenario is used as an example to verify the feasibility of the given airspace rasterization modeling method.
