摘    要:普通单片机在测量过程中很难实现对振动信号的实时处理,为此,提出一种以DSP为核心的双通道动平衡仪的软、硬件实现方法.原始加速度振动信号经电荷/电压转换、滤波、积分和程控增益放大后形成两路电压信号,DSP以光电传感器产生的转速脉冲信号为基准通过A/D对其进行整周期采样,进而由离散傅里叶变换精确计算振动信号的幅值与相位,并通过影响系数法给出了最终的平衡配重结果.系统结构简单,实时性强,满足现场双面动平衡对双通道同步测量的要求.采用此仪器对有五级叶轮的罗茨风机进行双面动平衡,平均振动下降率超过90%.

Abstract:Because it is hard for a common single-chip computer to process vibration signal in real time, therefore this paper proposes a new software and hardware method for the dual channels dynamic balancing instrument based on DSP. In this method, the original acceleration vibration signals are transformed into voltage signal in two channels after charge/voltage transform, wave filtering, integration and programmed magnification. Then whole-period sampling is performed by DSP via A/D converter by taking the velocity pulse as reference, and the magnitude and phase of the vibration signals are precisely calculated by DFT. The final dynamic balan cing results are calculated by influence coefficients method. The system is simple and has achieved high realtime performance. It fully meets the requirement of real-time dual channels synchronous measurement in twoplane dynamic balancing. The instrument is used in the dynamic balancing of a five-blade rots fan, and the experimenal resuh shows that the average vibration drops more than 90%.
