| 摘 要： | 分析了白洋淀的生态保护价值、经济保护价值和社会效益保护价值，说明了建立白洋淀自然保护区的必要性，同时通过分析目前白洋淀生态保护中存在的问题，阐明了建立白洋淀自然保护区的紧迫性。最后，建议尽快建立白洋淀湿地自然保护区，并提出了建设的指导思想和发展方向。

| Abstract: | Illuminates the necessary of establishing the nature preserve of Baiyangdian everglade through analyzing the worthiness of the ecological protect, economic and social benefits, and illuminates the urgent character of establishing the nature preserve of Baiyangdian everglade though analyzing the existent problems in the ecological protect,finally, advises establishing the nature preserve of Baiyangdian everglade as soon as possible and puts forward instructional thought and developmental direction of the constructing the nature preserve of Baiyangdian everglade. |
