| 摘 要： | 利用硫酸铵盐析分级分离、乙醇．氯仿沉淀除杂、丙酮再沉淀分级得到含铜锌超氧化物歧化酶（CuZnSOD）的粗酶液，通过DEAE-52离子交换层析和G-75凝胶层析实现了CuZnSOD的分离纯化，得到电泳纯产品CuZnSODI对猪肝CuZnSOD的理化性质、酶学特征和光谱性质进行了研究．

| Abstract: | The crude enzyme solution of CuZnSOD from pig liver was obtained by using ammonium sulphate to form different levels of precipitates;chloroform and alcohol to isolate the impurities and acetone to further clean-up.The CuZnSOD was then obtained by DEAE-52 ion exchange chromatography and PAGE purity by G-75 gel chromatography.The physical-chemical properties, enzymatic actions and spectral characters of CuZnSOD have been investigated and discussed. |
