| 摘 要： | 讨论了一类线性时变时滞不确定系统的鲁棒稳定性问题。基于Lyapunov稳定性理论,给出了时变时滞不确定系统渐近稳定的一个充分必要条件,且该条件以线性矩阵不等式的形式给出。
