| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳糖化羧甲基壳聚糖季铵盐的合成方法.方法以羧甲基壳聚糖为原料,3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CTA)为季铵化试剂,合成羧甲基壳聚糖季铵盐,在此基础上,以乳糖为乳糖化试剂,合成乳糖化羧甲基壳聚糖季铵盐.结果通过红外光谱进行初步确认合成乳糖化羧甲基壳聚糖季铵盐.结论乳糖化羧甲基壳聚糖季铵盐可以合成,方法有待进一步...

| Abstract: | Objectve To study the synthesizing methods of lactosaminated and quaterniz carboxymethyl chitosan.Methods The carboxymethyl chitosan was used as raw material with the 3-chloro-2- hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride(CTA) as agent of quaterniz and lactose as agent of lactosaminated.Results It is found that lactosaminated and quaterniz carboxymethyl chitosan was synthesized by IR.Conclusion Lactosaminated and quaterniz carboxymethyl chitosan could be synthesized,but the method was expected to be improved. |
