| 摘 要： | 由于外语学习环境的不足，大多数英语学习感到困难的是听不懂所学的语言，收听英语新闻是突破听力水平低局限的一种有效手段，但听懂新闻英语也并非易事，学习如果能够在收听之前掌握一定的诀窍和注意一些事项将会有事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | Owing the lack of the foreign language learning environment, most of t he students feel it difficult to listen to the foreign language. Listening to th e English news is an effective means of improving the listening comprehension. T his is determined by the characteristics of the program. But understanding the E nglish news by listening is no easy thing. If the learners master some skills of listening to the English news, they will get good effect. |
