| 摘 要： | 从历史发展规律、城市发展规律和人居环境科学角度,分析了旧城区改造的必然性.针对北京的实际情况,提出了将传统历史文化街区分为三类,即完全原样保护的区域、高档住宅区和旅游商业区的建议,并主张用现代科学技术成果对传统历史文化街区进行改造以提高居民的生活质量.分别对这三类地区的具体改造方案做了初步探讨.

| Abstract: | According to the law of historical development,the regular of urban development,the science of living environment and the practical situation of Beijing,it puts forward some suggestions.Traditional blocks can be classified into three categories,now regions restored to the former state,superior housings and commercial districts for tourists.Advanced technology can give local people a lot of improvement in living conditions.It approaches a preliminary plan to rebuilding above mentioned regions. |
