| Abstract: | The residential layout of Shanghai central city in the period of 1950s to 1990s was analyzed in this paper. The authors probed into the problems in the layout and offered some advices and suggestions on it. They also predicted the tendency of residential layout in Shanghai central city in the beginning of the 21st century. |
