| 摘 要： | 具有外伸端的过盈配合结构之装配压强的分布规律及数值大小是固体力学范畴中一个非常复杂的问题，造纸机压榨辊的结构正是如此，因此，分析压榨辊装配压强对于改善压榨辊的受力状况及合理进行结构设计是非常必要的。本文用有限元方法对造纸机压榨辊装配压强进行了分析，为压榨辊的设计提供了依据。

| Abstract: | It is very complex problem in the field of the solid mechanics on distribution pattern and spike value of assembly pressure for structures of interference fit with ledge. It is the case in the assembly of roller against axle journal of paper machine press roll therefore,Solving these problems for improving the mechanical condition and designing the structures rationaly is very important.In the paper,the assembly pressure of roller against axle journal is analyzed with the finite element method.and the basis for its designing is presented,as well. |
