摘    要:电压波动和闪变已经成为威胁许多重要用户供电可靠性的主要原因之一,电压波动和闪变主要是由于电弧炉等冲击性负荷的无功功率的波动引起的,所以,抑制电压波动和闪变应该以控制无功功率为重点.能快速响应的静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)是抑制配电网电压波动和闪变一种有效方法.分析了STATCOM相对于静止无功补偿器(SVC)的诸多优点,介绍了STATCOM抑制电压波动和闪变的工作原理,并讨论了其控制策略的优缺点,指出了今后的发展趋势及工作重点.

Abstract:Voltage fluctuation and flicker is one of the main causation that imperils reliability of power supply. Steelmaking EAF with large load of distribution network produces large impact and interference on the public electric network in operation. So it is very important to control reactive power for voltage fluctuation and flicker mitigation. STATCOM possessing high response speed is an effective measure to mitigate voltage fluctuation and flicker of distribution network. Here, comparing to static var compensation, many advantages of STATCOM are analyzed. Operation principles COM mitigating voltage fluctuation and flicker, general control strategies and control method are introduced cussed. The researching pivot and trend in the future are also discussed. of STAT- and discussed. The researching pivot and trend in the future are also discussed.
