摘    要:高教适度超前发展是教育具有基础性、先导性、超前性功能及长周期、迟效益等特征的必然要求 ,也是广大群众的热切期盼。从精英教育向大众化高等教育过渡须在更加广阔的背景上树立大教学观、大质量观。欲实现教学最优化 ,分类施教是科学育人、全面育人的良策。

Abstract:The appropriate excessive development of higher education is the inevitable demand of the following characteristics of education: basis, guidance, forwardness, long_period, slow_benefit, etc. it is also the strong wish of common people. The transition of higher education from elite to common people requires us to set up the macro_concept of teaching and quality in an even wider background. Classified teaching method is a good strategy of all_round education to realize the optimization of teaching.
