基于AR双谱的调速阀故障诊断

摘    要:将高阶谱应用于液压系统的故障诊断,提出一种诊断调速阀故障的方法.通过实验采集调速阀工作时阀体振动的信号,建立AR模型,进行AR双谱分析.故障情况下和正常工作情况下双谱的对比差异明显,说明用高阶谱来诊断调速阀故障是可行的、有效的.

Abstract:A new method of diagnosing the fault of speed control valve using the higher-order spectrum is presented.The vibration signal of speed control valve is collected and used to set up time series model,and then AR bispectrum is put forward for signal analysis.Comparing the AR bispectrums from normal state and fault states,differences are quite apparent,which indicates that the higher-order spectrum analysis method is feasible and effective for the fault diagnosis of speed control valve.
