摘    要:在良好供水条件下,抗旱性弱的品种丰_8比抗旱性强的品种F_(122)的千粒重的数值高。在受到轻度水分胁迫下,丰_8千粒重下降的数值较F_(122)多,2个品种籽粒发育期均缩短,籽粒宽及厚度下降,但长度无明显变化;在籽粒发育过程中,F_(122)籽粒中脱落酸(ABA)水平比对照提前上升,并比对照提前7d达到最高水平;丰_8籽粒中ABA上升较慢,其高峰仅比对照提前1d出现。认为干旱条件下,F_(122)能获得相对较高千粒重的原因之一,可能与籽粒发育过程中ABA高峰的提早出现有一定关系。

Abstract:In well-watered condition,wheat variety Feng 8 gained more weight per thousand kernels (W_k), W_k in Feng8 decreases more greatly than that in F_(122) under drought condition. The development process of grain in two varieties is shortened respectively, the decrease of thickness and width is more obviously in Feng8 than in F_(122), but there is no obvious change in length. These results indicate that wheat grain filling is effected more significantly in Feng8 than in F_(122). When suffered water stress during grain development, ABA level in F_(122) grain increases earlier and reaches the highest summit rapidly 7 days earlier than control, while ABA level increases slowly in Feng8 grain, and the peak of ABA level take place only 1 day earlier. It is suggested that W_k of F_(122) with great weight is related with the rapid increase of ABA level and early arrival of the peak, so that F_(122) grain fill earlier during water stress.
