| 摘 要： | 本文采用水提醇析的方法提取了萹蓄中多糖,采用硫酸-苯酚法进行了糖含量的测定,求得其回归方程为Y=0.00502x＋0.0105,相关系数r=0.9992;平均回收率为100.46%,RSD=0.67%（n=5）,萹蓄中多糖含量为1.67%.

| Abstract: | Polysaccharide was extracted from Xiheri-Dgeda with hot water-ethanol deposit method and its content was determined by phenol-sulphuric acid method（λ=484nm）.The regression equation is Y=0.00502x＋0.0105 and coefficient of correlation r=0.9992,The content of polysaccharide is 1.67% and the average recovery is 100.46%,RSD=0.67%（n=5）. |
