| 摘 要： | 长江流域是一个洪涝灾害频繁发生的地区，尤其是1998年特大洪水造成了严重的损失。从历史上长江流域的洪涝灾害出发，总结了从元代至今的长江流域洪灾资料，并进行整理和分析，初步探索了洪灾的发生规律和原因，提出防洪对策。

This paper looks through and analyzes the historical data of Changjiang valley.Then it summarizes the rules and reasons that the floods happened, and puts forward the measure of flood-control. |
