论心理素质形成和发展的机制

摘    要:个体的对象活动和交往活动是其心理素质形成和发展的基础与源泉。同化与顺应矛盾运动的平衡化是个体心理素质形成和发展的动力机制。这一机制具有以下三个特点:同化与顺应这两种机能是同时存在,不可分割的;同化和顺应的平衡化机制具有社会历史性;在个体一般认知与个性的形成和发展过程中,这一平衡化机制的作用效果是不同的。

Abstract:Activity of subject-object and communication is foundation and source of personal mental qualities' forming and development.
