| 摘 要： | 当风险投资家对项目持有人展示的项目有2种选择时,即合作或单独实施,论文中建立了一个风险投资策略的选择模型.在模型的分析中,给出了2种情况下的投资机会价值、投资阈值,通过比较2个投资价值,得到了选择策略的规则,并研究了一些参数对投资策略的影响.

| Abstract: | This paper establishes a selection model for venture investment by venture capitalists when they are faced with two choices,i.e.,cooperation or implementing a project on their own.In the analysis of the model,the investment opportunity value and investment threshold value are given for the two situations.A comparison of the two values yields the rule for the selection strategy.The effects of some parameters on investment strategies are also studied. |
