民营中小企业面临的问题与发展路径的选择

目前我国的民营中小企业有了较快的发展,成为经济发展中的亮点。但由于民营中小企业的先天不足,融资、家族管理、企业家素质、产业结构、市场环境等问题已成为影响企业发展的“瓶颈”。从开拓融资渠道、进行制度创新、建立企业文化、调整产业结构、形成企业集群等方面提出了民营中小企业发展的路径。

The Problems Faced by the People-run Minor Enterprises and the Selection of the Developing Paths

At present our country's people-run minor enterprise, which gets more rapid development, has become the bright point of the economic development. However the people-run minor enterprise is congenitally deficient, some problems such as the financing issue, familial management, enterprisers' quality, industrial structure, and market environment, etc. have become the "bottleneck" influencing the development of the enterprise. This paper puts forward some paths for the development of the people-run minor enterprise from aspects of opening the financial channel, making the institutional innovation, establishing the business culture, regulating the industrial structure, and forming the enterprise clusters, etc.
