摘    要:目的研究人类错配修复基因hMSH2在肺癌组织中的表达及意义.方法运用免疫组织化学SP法对56例肺癌组织中hMSH2的表达进行检测;统计学处理采用2检验或Fisher's精确概率法.结果56例肺癌组织中有16例hMSH2表达阳性(28.6%),分化程度越低阳性率越低(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移者hMSH2阳性率低于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);不同病理组织学类型之间hMSH2表达无显著差异(P>0.05).结论hMSH2基因的缺陷可能参与了肺癌的发生发展过程并与分化程度及有否淋巴结转移有关.

Abstract:Objective:To study the significances of hMSH2 expression in human lung cancer. Methed:Mismatch repair gene hMSH2 was detected from 56 patients with lung cancer by S-P immunohistochemical staining. Result:In 16 of 56 lung cancer cases, hMSH2 expressed positively. The positive expression rate of hMSH2 was 28.6%. It was positively correlated with differention grades ( < 0.01) and lymph node metastases ( < 0.05). The positive rate of high and middle differention grades was higher than the other; meanwhile, the positive rate of cases with lymph node metastases was lower than the other. It wasn't positively correlated with pathological type (> 0.05). Conclusion:The abnormal expression of hMSH2 might be involved in the carcinogens process of lung cancer and correlated with differention grades and lymph node metastases.
