| 摘 要： | 目的：研究如何使无髓年轻恒牙牙根继续发育和根尖形成.方法：选择90人120个无髓年轻恒牙用注射用根管糊剂进行根尖诱导成形.结果：120个牙均观察6个月至3年,成功114例,失败6例,总有效率为95%.结论：注射用根管vitapex糊剂,是一种效果良好的根尖诱导材料.

| Abstract: | Objective： To research on the method of how to make the root of pulpless immature permanent teeth hairy root and form root tip.Methods： Chose 120 pulpless immature permanent teeth from 90 people,treated with apexification with root canal paste vitapex.The 120 teeth were observed from 6 months to 3 years.Results： 114 cases were successful,6 cases were failures,the total effective rate was 95%.Conclusion： The injectable root canal paste vitapex is a good root tip induced material. |
