| 摘 要： | 对MF_(11)型NTC热敏电阻器四水平恒定温度应力加速寿命试验的结果进行了系统的分析研究.数据处理结果表明,这类NTC热敏电阻器的寿命分布属于威布尔分布;失效的数学模型为阿伦尼斯模型.还作出了分布参数估计,可靠性特征量估计以及假设检验.

| Abstract: | A systematic investigation has been carried out on the results of a four-level accelerated constant temperature-stress lifetime experiment performed on type MF11 NTC thermistors. The results of data processing show that the lifetime distribution is a Weibull one, and the mathematical model that failed is an Arrhenius one. Estimation of both the distribution parameters and the characteristic quantity of reliability are given along with the assumption check. |
