提高土木工程专业毕业生就业适应能力的研究

通过分析发现土木工程专业毕业生就业适应能力弱的原因主要为就业心态不正确、课程设置不合理及培养模式不恰当,从这三方面出发研究提高土木工程专业学生就业适应能力的方法。提出学校应正确引导学生端正就业心态,修改教学计划,增加专业课学时数,加强学生动手能力的锻炼,以提高土木工程专业学生的就业适应性,实现学校企业的＂零缝隙＂对接。

Research on the Way to Improve Employment Ability of Civil Engineering Graduates

It was found by analysis that the reasons for poor employment ability of civil engineering graduates were unhealthy employment psychology, unreasonable curriculum design and inappropriate training mode. The ways to improve employment ability of civil engineering graduates were studied from the three reasons. Guiding the correct employment psychology to graduates by their universities,modifying teaching plan, increasing class hours of professional courses, and raising practical ability should be adopted to improve the employment ability of civil engineering graduates.
