井冈山斗争时期党的基层组织建设与党的群众工作

井冈山斗争时期，我们党通过军队党的基层组织建设，确立了党对军队的绝对领导；通过地方党的基层组织建设，确保了红色政权的长期存在和发展；通过积极的群众工作，确立了新型的官兵关系，赢得了人民群众的衷心拥护与支持。这些工作，都是在几乎全是农村的环境中进行的，都是在成份极为复杂的部队官兵和几乎全是农民的群众中开展的，初步实现了马克思主义党建学说及群众观点的中国化，既满足了当时革命斗争的需要，又具有长久的历史开篇意义。

The Construction of the Grassroot Organizations and the Mass Work of CCP during the Period of Struggle in Jinggangshan Area

During the period of the struggle in Jinggangshan area,the CCP established her leadership to the army by constructing the grass-root organizations of the party,she guaranteed the long-term reign and the development of the Red Army by constructing local grass-root organizations.With the help of mass work,a new relationship was established between the army and civilians,and the Party won the sincere endorsement and support of the mass.The Party's work was all conducted in the rural environment and among the people comprising of the military officers,soldiers,and peasants,and it put the Marxist theory on the construction of the Party and the view of the mass into practice in China's context,which meet the revolutionary needs of that era and had a pioneering significance in the history China's modern revolution.
