摘    要:将Baliga和Patankar提出的控制容积有限元法推广用于分析注射充模过程中熔体的流动与传热,并叙述了其特点.应用此方法计算分析了包括合不同几何形状嵌件的模腔内充模过程的流动与传热问题.得到了一些有益的结论.这将有利于指导在复杂型腔充模过程流动分析时的简化处理.

Abstract:The control volume based finite element method originally developed by Baliga and Patankar is extended to analyse fluid flow and heat transfer of injection molding problems. The extended method and its special features are reported. Some useful conclusions are obtained and are useful in simplif lug analysis of more complicated molding cavities.
