新型镁合金覆盖剂熔体物性的研究

摘    要:本文研究了传统的RJ 2号熔剂及德国ElrasalB、ElrasalC三种配方的镁合金覆盖熔剂的物理性能 ,包括粘度、密度和表面张力。通过对这些物理性能的检测和分析 ,不断调整覆盖剂主要成分间的比例 ,同时加入了LiCl、CaCl2 和无机化合物等辅助成分 ,最终研制出一种新型的镁合金覆盖熔剂 ,更好地满足了镁合金熔炼的需求。

Abstract:The physical properties of traditional RJ-2' flux and two kinds of German fluxes(ElrasalB and ElrasalC) used in Mg alloys was studied, including viscosity,density and surface tension. By way of measurement and analysis to these physical properties, we constantly adjusted the proportion of the major composition of the covering, and at the same time joined supplementary compositions such as LiCl, CaCl 2 and some inorganic compound and so on. Finally a new type covering flux used in melting of Mg alloys was developed, which more satisfied the smelting requirement of Mg alloys.
