新型聚羧酸水泥助磨剂的研究

摘    要:采用大单体直接共聚法合成一种新型聚羧酸水泥助磨剂,并通过红外光谱对所合成的助磨剂进行表征.将该助磨剂应用于水泥的粉磨过程中,并与空白试验、三乙醇胺助磨剂以及其他高分子助磨剂进行对比,实验结果显示,该聚羧酸系水泥助磨剂在助磨及水泥的早、后期强度的提升方面都有更好的效果.

Abstract:Novel polycarboxylic acid series cement grinding aid has been prepared by the copolymerization. The result showed that polycarboxylic acid series cement grinding aid has a better effect to the grinding and strength than blank sample,triethanolamine and other cement grinding aid.
