| 摘 要： | 提出了用于衡量城市经济发展平衡程度的加权变异率计算公式,并且从数学上证明了加权变异率的良好度量性质.除此之外,加权变异率还具有计算简单、容易理解的特点.讨论了应用加权变异率确定评价指标客观权重,并在得出的客观权重基础上运用层次分析法的主观权重进行调整,实现了主、客观权重的融合,又通过权重组合下的指标正向化处理,最终得到了稳定而可靠的综合评价结果.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a useful formula of weighed rate of variation for measuring city development and shows the index of weighed rate of variation has good measuring characteristics. In addition, the index of weighed rate of variation is easy for calculation and understanding. This paper discusses how to decide the objective weight in the formula of weighed rate of variation and adjust it by AHP after satisfying the intended accuracy, so as to achieve the integration of subjective and objective weight. Also, the dealing with positive index under the combined weights was used to evaluate increased the stability and reliability of the conclusions. |
