| 摘 要： | 基于工程项目索赔的时效性，有效性，客观性，时机生，动态性等特征，建立了其博奕模型，在博奕模型基础上，分析了工程项目施工索赔机会发现决策支持空产,设计并分析了支持系统的结构。

| Abstract: | The construction claim is an important decision for the management of a construction enterprise. Based on the analysis of the construction claim, a game model for construction claim is built, and support spaces for the discovery of construction claim are analyzed in this paper. And the structure of its support system is proposed and discussed. |
