| 摘 要： | 根据中心极限定理，以随机数为基础，设计了正态随机变量的结构公式，其数学期望和方差可任意给定。经过精确的数值试验，不仅证明了设计方案的正确，而且得出了效果良好的随机组合数量下限。

| Abstract: | On the basis of random numbers,The structure-formula of the normal random variable has been designed according to the limit theorem.Its expected value and variance are determined arbitrarily and numerical tests are given.The tests show that the structure-formula of the normal random variable is correct.The proper under-limit of the composite random numbers has been derived form the tests. |
