| Abstract: | The progress of study on oocyte cytoskeleton is summarized.The location and elements of oocyte cytoskeleton are also introduced,and the important function of it is discussed during the course of oocyte early development such as the establishment of ooplasm pole,nucleus events,the roation of meiotic and mitotic apparatus,the determination of embyro sex and axis. |
