| 摘 要： | 以黑龙江省为例,分析了东北边疆重要生态功能区内少数民族社会发展现状,并从基础设施建设、产业结构优化、乡村发展差距、招商引资能力、人口流动及生态环境保护六个方面探讨了少数民族社会在城镇化进程中所面临的现实问题,在此基础上提出区域内边疆民族社会可持续发展的对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Taking Heilongjiang Province as an example, the paper analyzes the development of the minority areas in the important eco-function areas of Northeast China and discusses the current problems in the course of urbanization from six aspects, namely the construction of infrastructure, the optimization of industrial structure, rural development gap, investment capacity, population mobility and the protection of eco-environment. Some countermeasures on the sustainable development of the minority areas in the borderland are also put forward. |
