氮杂对环吩CP44与萘衍生物超分子体系研究

摘    要:用紫外吸收光谱法、荧光光谱法和同步扫描荧光光谱法对主体分子CP44与α-萘酚、β-萘酚、2,6-二羟基萘和6,7-二羟基-2-萘磺酸客体分子形成超分子体系进行了研究,化学计量法表明:主体分子CP44与萘衍生物客体分子形成1:1的超分子体系;CP44与α-萘酚的包括配位反应是热焓驱动的包括配位反应,CP44与β-萘酚,2,6-二羟基萘或6,7-二羟基-2-萘磺酸是熵驱动包括配位反应,荧光探针表明:主体CP44能对α-萘酚、β-萘酚同分异构体进行分子识别。

Abstract:Supramolecular systems of the host CP44 with a-naphthol, β-naphthol, 2,6-dihydroxyl naphthalene and 2,3-dihydroxyl naphthalen-6-sulfonic acid were studied by UV specttroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and synchronous fluorimetry. The supramolecular system stoichiometry is 1: 1 for all naphthalene derivative complex guests with host CP44. The complex formation reaction of CP44 with a-naphthol was promoted by heat content, where as the complex formation reactions of CP44 with β3- naphthol, 2,6-dihydroxyl naphthalene and 2,3-dihydroxyl naphthalen-6-sulfonic acid were promoted by entropy increase. It was proved that host CP44 can recognize the isomers, a-naphthol and β-naphthol by fluorescence probe.
