采场超前支承压力分布规律与巷道稳定性

摘    要:采场超前支承压力的分布情况直接影响巷道稳定性。根据双鸭山矿业集团公司新安煤矿六采区综三工作面概况,采用顶板相对位移观测、锚杆锚索受力观测、单体液压支柱工作阻力观测相结合的方法,研究了综三工作面超前支承压力分布规律与回采巷道稳定性。结果表明:工作面超前移动支承压力影响范围为工作面前方35 m,峰值点位于工作面前方20~25 m处;在锚杆、锚索联合支护的条件下,上下回采巷道均处于相对稳定状态。该结果为类似条件下确定工作面合理超前支护范围和分析回采巷道稳定性提供了依据。

Abstract:Lead abutment pressure distribution of working face exerts a direct effect on roadway sta- bility. This paper describes the investigation into the distribution law of lead abutment pressure in the third fully-mechanized working face and mining roadway stability according to the actual situation of the third fully-mechanized working face at the sixth mining area belonging to Xin' an coal mine Shuangyashan Coal Mining Group Co. and using combined method of relative displacement observation of the roof, ob- servation of anchor rod and anchor cable subjected to force and observation of working resistance of single hydraulic prop. The results indicate that lead abutment pressure has an effect scope of 35 meters and peak value scope of lead abutment pressure varies from 20 meters to 25 meters in the front of the working face. And the combined support of anchor rod and anchor cable allows mining roadway to stay in a rela- tively stable state. The research results provide the theoretical basis for determining reasonable lead sup- port scope of working face and analysis of mining roadway stability under similar conditions.
