门式刚架轻钢结构瞬态动力学的和谐响应

摘    要:门式刚架受冲击或振动引起的大的动态应力易导致结构破坏。基于有限元理论,利用大型有限元分析程序对门式刚架轻钢结构进行瞬态动力学和谐响应分析,得到了梁柱端板中点位移随时间和频率变化的曲线。结果表明,在0.3 s时,x、y方向变形总量最大;当外载荷的激振频率与结构固有频率(3.021 5 Hz)接近时会引起结构共振。该研究为门式刚架轻钢结构的工程应用提供了参考。

Abstract:Aimed at investigating steel structure damage resulting from large dynamic stress due to the shock or vibration occurring in door frame structure,this paper describes the use of large finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze transient and harmonic response of door frame structure and features the curve of displacement versus time and frequency for midpoint of plate.The results show that there arises the biggest displacement of the x,y direction in 0.3 seconds.And the structure resonance results in presence of the external load with the vibration frequency close to the natural frequency of the structure(3.021 5 Hz).The study provides a reference for engineering application of the door frame light steel structure.
