摘    要:教师专业发展是当前高校管理层要重点关注的问题。从管理视角看,我国高校教师专业发展面临传统管理模式阻碍教师主体作用发挥、教师工作习惯限制专业发展以及培训制度落后等问题。而这些问题产生的关键是管理者如何看待教师专业发展的观念问题。改变旧观念,以教师发展为中心开展管理是解决高校教师专业发展面临问题的方向。

Abstract:Professional development of teachers is currently the university management to focus on issues of concern, From a management perspective, the professional development of college teachers face obstacles traditional management mode to play the main role of teachers, teacher professional development and work habits training system constraints and other issues behind. And these problems are the key managers how to look at the concept of teacher professional development issues. Change the old concept of teacher development as the central management is carried out to solve the problems faced by college teachers professional development direction.
