液化天然气船水上泄漏事故源强计算方法

摘    要:为更准确地计算液化天然气(LNG)船水上泄漏源强,研究了LNG船泄漏时LNG蒸发率、真空阀补气率、LNG泄漏率与货舱蒸汽压力变化间的相互作用机理,分析了货舱类型对泄漏源强的影响,给出改进的LNG船水上泄漏源强计算方法.结果表明:LNG船泄漏时货舱液面上方的压力会降低,从而影响实际泄漏速率,而且泄漏孔径越大,影响越严重;Membrane型货舱的泄漏源强特性与矩形舱较接近,Moss型货舱泄漏源强特性与矩形舱差别较大.

Abstract:To calculate accurately releasing source strength of liquefied natural gas(LNG) carrier above water,the interaction mechanism among LNG evaporating rate,vacuum relief valves make-up rate,discharge rate and head-space vapour pressure change was studied,the influence of tank types on releasing source was also analyzed,and then an improved calculating method of releasing source strength of LNG carrier was given.Results show that the pressure above liquid level of tank would decrease during LNG carrier releasin...
