| 摘 要： | 在对协同的概念进行分析的基础上，讨论了战略联盟协同的内在机理．在对协同机理进行分析的基础上，讨论了联盟伙伴决策者对联盟战略选择的偏好问题．用数学模型分析了众多联盟伙伴的战略选择形成联盟结构的过程，并对其中的一些影响因素进行了讨论．

| Abstract: | Based on the concept of synergy, the formation mechanism of strategic alliance was discussed. Based on the synergy mechanism, the preconception of choosing the strategy of strategic alliance was discussed. The process of the formation of strategic alliance was analyzed by using a mathematical model. At the same time, some factors were discussed. |
